Here the Passengers will be assisted through as quickly as possible with our Greeter. The Greeter will then assist the Passengers through Passenger and Luggage Check-In where they will then be taken through to the entrance of the Immigration & Customs.

Our Greeter will begin by contacting the Driver prior to your arrival in order to arrange a meeting point at the curb side of the Airport. Our Greeter we liaise with the Driver prior to your arrival and arrange a meeting point ensuring a smooth handover and completion of service.

Once all the security procedures are completed our Greeter will assist the Passengers through the Baggage Reclaim Hall* and on through to the Arrivals Hall. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite this process. Upon meeting the Passengers our Greeter will assist them to the Immigration & Customs counters and will assist all passengers through the process including Passport Control and Security Checkpoints. Once the Agent has assisted the Passengers through all security formalities they will take the Passengers to their Departure Gate where our Agent will depart. Here the Passengers will be expedited through as quickly as possible with our Greeter. The Greeter will then assist the Passengers through Passenger and Luggage* Check-In where they will then be taken through to the entrance of the Immigration & Customs. Our Greeter will begin by contacting the Driver prior to your arrival in order to arrange a meeting point at the curbside of the Airport.

International arrivals into USA Airports: If you are arriving from an international destination, due to Airport regulations we are unable to meet you at the head of the airbridge.
